Very well informed. The interview and testing process was very well laid out and consistent. The recruiting department was very responsive to my questions. The job description and salary was very clearly presented.

The interview process is stated in the actual job description in Edison's website. For this particular one, you have to do a personality test and a skill test. If you pass you will have to do a recorded interview and if you pass that you have one more in-person interview.
