Making a note here as it appears SCE is engaged with this platform.....One of your outsourced contract talent acquisition people reached out to me on linked in about a SFA role, of which I am WAY overqualified for, as in, I haven't been an analyst in nearly twenty years. I've been operating at a VP/CFO level for startups from seed through Series D VC funding for the last seven years. I engaged with this recruiter briefly over LI while I was waiting for my lunch to see what his deal was, if he even reviewed my background before spamming me with his analyst job copy/paste. SCE needs to know the level of lazy they are hiring to do their recruiting. This guy not forthcoming about my direct question about remote/hybrid and salary. It was a back and forth exchange I chose to engage with to see what happened...It was a brief painful. almost felt like I was interacting with AI. Does SCE know that their recruiters are out there basically spamming people trying to farm resumes to fill their quota? Bad look for SCE. pretty consistent for talent acquisition/recruiter types - lazy, dumb, lack of critical thinking.
