Southern California Edison interview questions

Typically, there is a phone screen followed by two interviews. The first is a virtual panel interview and the final is a one on one format with experience-based questions asked by the hiring manager.

There were multiple steps to the interview process. The questions were very subjective. Rather than asking questions from neutral terms, they used very internal jargon. The interview almost seemed that it was tailored only for internal hiring.
