Relatively behavior based, with questions pertaining to character and personal goals. Asked questions about resume and why you would want to work at Southern Company. Overall it ended up being a great experience.

Super easy it was a 2-round interview first one was a panel style interview with 5 managers, and the 2nd round was with 2 managers that you could potentially work with.

What was a mistake you made and how did you handle it?
Very simple. In person interview and then zoom interviews. No technical questions, all are behavioral, just talk about yourself. Asked to elaborate on some of my projects but nothing complex.
