I went through one pre-recorded video interview, followed by a Skype interview with 2 members of the hiring process. There was a decent wait time between each stage, and I was also required to get 3 professional references, who filled out detailed questionnaires on various aspects of my ability and temperament.

They did not really ask any questions to get to know me or any questions regarding academic advising at that. I researched a lot about the interview process and they asked none of the questions listed by others here; or even similar questions. Just basic, odd questions; they probably are actually data analysts. I agree with what was said by someone else on here on how a Bachelors Degree & great recommendations/references isn’t enough. So if that’s all you’re going off of; do not waste your time interviewing. Also, if you are a non-white person of color; beware that there is no diversity here. I interviewed with up to six managers/team leads and not one of them were a person of color.
