It was my second go around with SNHU, I had applied for advising, so I kind of knew what to expect, it is not very thorough, at least in the sense that they wanted to know anything job related. It was mostly things to do with emotional intelligence and "fit"

Applied for Admissions Counselor position online and sent follow up email to recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter which went well. Moved to the second round of interviews (virtual over Teams) with an Admissions Director and Team Lead. Both came across as unfriendly, didn't smile, and were dismissive of my experience in admission.
