The experience with HR and their pressure tactics was awful. And the pay for the position was quite low by local payscales. Was offered a position and basically heavily encouraged to "just click the accept offer button today and they could squeeze me into the next training class". I countered and was told that the pay was non negotiable and that even people with masters degrees get paid the same". I said I understand (the benefits are very good) and said I'd consider the offer and respond in 2 days. They then rescinded the offer.
