Interview
Phone Screening --> In person interview --> Reference check. All in all it was very transparent and they were very clear in what they were looking for as a candidate. Make sure you research what SNHU is doing with education during the process.

What is the reason behind applying for this role and this company?

Interview
They did not really ask any questions to get to know me or any questions regarding academic advising at that. I researched a lot about the interview process and they asked none of the questions listed by others here; or even similar questions. Just basic, odd questions; they probably are actually data analysts.
I agree with what was said by someone else on here on how a Bachelors Degree & great recommendations/references isn’t enough. So if that’s all you’re going off of; do not waste your time interviewing.
Also, if you are a non-white person of color; beware that there is no diversity here. I interviewed with up to six managers/team leads and not one of them were a person of color.
