You have to apply through OfficeTeam, but the interview was fantastic and laid back. You are interviewed by 2-4 people in management. They were in need of people to start immediately so the process happened very quickly and I was offered the job 3 days after the interview (there was a weekend in between). I wasn't able to give my current employer a full two weeks because they wanted to start very quickly.
