So far I have been invited to do a video interview with HireVue. It was about 7 questions as well as a written response to another question. It was a good experience and I felt comfortable being able to answer the interview questions while in a comfortable spot. The next step after is an interview via Teams. I have not had this yet, but my recruiter has been helpful throughout this experience.

Applied for Admissions Counselor position online and sent follow up email to recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter which went well. Moved to the second round of interviews (virtual over Teams) with an Admissions Director and Team Lead. Both came across as unfriendly, didn't smile, and were dismissive of my experience in admission.
