Three stage interview: digital interview where you record yourself answering questions with a time limit, a meeting with the hiring manager to discuss the role and your experience, and then a technical interview with other members of the team where they provide data ahead of time and you need to show how you used SQL to manipulate it, and a presentation from what you discovered from the data.
