I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online for the position and received a call from the recruiter for SW who sent an extensive application which covered 10 years of employment. After completing the application the recruiter scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was great and I was told I would be called back in 5 days if I would progress in the hiring process. I was called back within an hour and scheduled for a in person interview at the airport. I was interviewed by 2 SW staff members and it was a great interview! I was then fingerprinted and scheduled for a drug test. Within a week I was scheduled to have my picture taken for a badge.
