After being greeted with what seemed like the Stepford wives at an Amway convention, I was literally overwhelmed with all the fake smiles and personalities. Our transport was late, for whatever reason, and they the first thing the head interviewer remarked on as we all assembled into a room.."tardiness won't be tolerated"...wait, what? I was chosen last out of 24 candidates. And once the interview for me started, I had one interviewer continually looking at her watch. After each answer the two women would look at each other, rather juvenile. The questions were easy, as I have several years airline experience. But I have to feel the level of respect I was given during this entire process was nil. At the end of this whole process I knee I can't be fake like them... wasn't for me.
