I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied in April '15, got a couple of please be patient emails. Then got a call for the phone interview on March 1st, they sent me for the F2F in Dallas March 29, my recruiter called me April 5th congratulating me and said they were "moving me forward". They called back 2 days later and schedulked my drug test and my background check process began. That's the last time I've heard from them, over SIX WEEKS ago. I've never done a drug in my life and absolutely nothing in my background of any concern. I've called 2 times and sent 2 emails. What is happening? Is anyone else having this experience?

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
