I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Boston, MA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied online, a few days later got a phone call to set up a phone interview. Got an email to complete a form. A few days later got the phone interview. Easy and short. At first they go over the pay, and job duties. They really just ask about 3 questions and ask some questions about your past jobs. Two days later got an email, I was not select to continue on the hiring process. I am not giving up! I will keep applying until I get this job. I love Southwest and I really want to be part of the team.
