The process was long but worth it. Applied last spring. Received a few emails through out the year telling me to be patient. I did a phone interview at the end of June. Head back the first week of August that they wanted to see me in Dallas. Flew down the night before and prepped. The morning of I had a small group interviewing. It was 3 to 1. They ladies were extremely kind and relaxed. I loved the process. I left HQ being told it would take 2-4 weeks to hear anything. They called me the next afternoon and offered me a position. I'm beyond excited!
