Prior to the in-person interview, also required to submit a "Why Southwest Airlines" essay and worksheet containing some simple math & probability questions.

Interview
3 round interview, 1 phone, 1 teams and 1 panel. First round is more casual before it gets more detailed. Panel consisted of a few managers and in person in Dallas
3 rounds: 1: HR recruiter reached out to me and had brief call 2: Virtual interview with HR and the manager to answer some flight questions 3: Final round in person with 2 managers. Behavior and revenue management questions. They sounded enthusiastic but very unorganized process and dropped off without any reach out even though it was final round, which made the whole process feeling pretty bad
