I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
The process went quick for me. I applied 2/5/18, and scheduled my phone interview for 2/14, that was very nice - lasted about 45 minutes. A few days later - received an email to schedule the face to face interview and that was then scheduled for the end of March. SW flew me to Dallas the day before, and I flew out the evening of the interview. The interview itself was very relaxed and enjoyable, it lasted about 2 hours total, but my personal/individual interview was about 55 minutes, and I felt a bit rushed during this portion. They were super friendly but I was very aware that one of my interviewers (there were 2) kept looking at her watch. I was very nervous, and this didn't help, I knew when leaving that it wasn't good enough and wished I had maybe another 15 minutes. Exactly one week later I received an email stating "thanks but no thanks".
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
