Campus Recruiter -> phone interview -> flew for in-person, 2 manager, 1 recruiter interview. It was a very laid-back atmosphere, mostly want to know about you, why you want to join the company, and prior experience. Don't be afraid to say that you'll make mistakes, as long as you can learn from them and work in a team.

Very quick process, only took three weeks in total. Applied online, Had one phone interview with HR and then one Zoom interview with the team. Overall it was a good experience.

Interview process was speedy and smooth! It was pleasant experience. First there was a phone call interview, then I got a video interview with the department heads (8 or so of them). It was a bit intimidating to have an interview with that many people but was an overall rewarding experience.
Situational and behavioral interview. One screening and one panel interview. Whole process took about a month. Very good communication from recruiter throughout the process. Best to know Southwest values and culture going into the interview.
