Did not hear back until 16 months after applying. Phone screen was conducted online. Interview was held locally in Oakland and you arrive with a group of 50+ other candidates, but really that's just so they can explain the basics and expectations of the job in mass. Then they call you one on one for the interview which is conducted with one current F/A and one member of the HR team. Personality and attitude are the highest of priorities for Southwest, so they pay a lot of attention to how you present yourself and answer questions. Don't let the pressure get to you, and just be yourself. If your personality is what SWA is looking for, then you're in. If it isn't, then SWA probably isn't for you anyway.
