I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Jan 2022
Interview
I hope giving these details about my interview helps others looking to apply, I tried to record all the questions I was asked at each stage! Everyone was very friendly on each call and the recruiter was responsive and helpful throughout the process.
- 11/30/2021 - Applied, the same day job was posted
- 12/13/2021 - Phone Interview
- 12/16/2021 - First virtual interview with the hiring manager, his colleague, and the recruiter
- 1/7/2022 - Final virtual interview with senior manager and senior director for project management, no recruiter (delayed due to holidays otherwise believe this interview would've happened sooner)

Never got a call back. Really disappointing to me and makes me sad. I thought Southwest would do a better job with candidates; I just got a form email like 2 weeks later.
