Three interviews 1. HR 2. Manager and Team Leads 3. Directors The process was really easy. The interviewers were very friendly and made you feel at ease. No tricky questions. Go in prepared to answer basic questions regarding your career and why you want to work at Southwest. Show that you know what is going on in current events in the aviation industry, that will really impress them. Also, be genuine, Southwest hires people who align with their core values. Look them up and study up on the company.

Intentional, kind and wonderful experience. Not too many rounds. Fun group and passionate individuals. I enjoyed the interview. Recruiter was also very nice, patient and thoughtful. I recommend applying to this company
