I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Mar 2022
Interview
Whether or not you will get an interview solely depends on your gender. "You have experience in data centres?-we don't care." It would be ok if they called it a special program so I wouldn't waste time applying. Many people from my Bootcamp used so we all have the same education, but they only interviewed females, and all males got rejection letters.
I had an interview with my hiring manager where they focused on experience, successful projects, task prioritizing, and overall values for a company and team. I was sure to talk about my success with projects I have owned as well as the challenges faced and how I handled those situations. Seemed like my HM liked to know that detail.

Two rounds of interviews, the first being with an HR recruiter and the second with a hiring manager. The questions were mostly behavioral-based.
