I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Sep 2022
Interview
Easy and light-hearted interview. With a pilot and a human resources person and took about 45 minutes. Lots of small talk and very easy going manner. Talked about experiences in aviation and they asked a lot of 'tell me about a time when' type of questions. Mainly about flight training

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time where you scared yourself while flying? What did you do to correct it next time?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was split up into two 45 min sessions with a 15 min break in between. It was very relaxed and conversational, with the typical Why SWA? Strengths/Weaknesses, Conflict/Resolution type of questions. I had fun and remember laughing during the interview. They just want to know what type of person are you and want to see you generally relaxed, able to laugh at yourself if you mess up while talking (like I did) and not an overly nervous wreck.

Interview
Be mindful that from the minute you land at the airport you are being watched. They have people they check in with at the hotel you're staying at, the shuttle you take etc. They know if you partied the night before the interview, or if you were rude to the shuttle driver. 2 panel interviews and a tour around their corporate office
