I Applied on-line when the window opened for Southwest Airlines. I received call for phone interview within two weeks. After phone interview, I was advised that I would receive link to complete ten year background check and upon completion, someone would contact me about face to face interview. I received follow-up call for face to face interview approximately one week later. I flew to Orlando, Fl for my face to face interview. Overall, the process was simple and fast.
