I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online and started to get reply emails about 3 months later. The person I interviewed with gave me a deadline to finish my application. He suggested a phone interview date, I declined because the suggested I would have been working. That being said it leaves me perplexed as to why they would offer me such a low ball offer knowing I had a job. It was really a waste of my time and the recruiter. It would have cost me more to commute to the airport and ramp service is quite physically demanding.
