Very detailed. Initially you have a virtual interview with a recruiter and a current member of the inflight team. Once you pass this you move to an in person interview with either a few people or a team. If this goes well you are invited back for a group interview where you must be able to fit through a window, and be able to sit comfortably in a jumpseat and buckle the seatbelt. If you pass this, then you are invited for a conditional job offer once you pass a fingerprint and background check.

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
