I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SpaceX (Cape Canaveral, FL) in Sep 2025
Interview
Phone interview, had about a week to prepare. They give you a call with your given phone number and it was 30 minutes to an hour long. Asked basic questions at first, tell me about yourself into some behavior questions. Interviewer asked if I was proficient in python and SQL and how much experience I have with both languages. Interviewer asked mostly quality assurance questions as well as questions involving working under a tight deadline. There was one technical question asked.

Interview
one round, then second with your manager's supervisor. Applied in september for summer 2025 got interview notification in december. Team contigent, whichever team pulls your resume will interview you. Not development focused, they want to know what current skills you have and what prior experiences you had. This was much more technical than standard business operations interviews.
