The first round was simply a screening check from HR. They wanted to know if you know anyone within the firm and if you have some ability to do the role. They have your CV with them and ask some questions about it. In my case I did not have the full experience, but they liked my CV. So after screening they talked with the team and unfortunately I didn't move on
