And last round will be HR round.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SpanIdea (Milpitas, CA)
Interview
They randomly message on LinkedIn and asked if I can come over to there office in Milpitas asap. I had to cancel my pre-scheduled plan and go as they were in a hurry.
The interviewer was terrible. He asked irrelevant questions like following
Whom am I living within the bay area?
Where am I from India? Which city? Which neighborhood? , Thank god he didn't ask exact house address
Why you are not employed till now?
Have you not applied to amazon till now?
They pay a salary of 60k with no add on pay in CA! I would be happy without it as well. They have no vision inside the company and filled with unprofessional individuals. Better stay away!
I followed up for 1 month and no response received.
