Applied for this position via Spectrum's career website on Wednesday (4/7/21), received a text message from a recruiter the next day (4/8/21) to setup a date and time for a telephone interview with this same recruiter. The next day on Friday (4/9/21) I completed the telephone interview with this very friendly recruiter lady where she asked me some general questions about my employment background and went over some detail's on the position which I applied for. She went over the pay, work schedules, and employee benefits. Later on that same day after completing this telephone interview I received a text message to setup a date and time for 2nd interview with a supervisor that would be via there webex video system. I successfully completed this 2nd interview via video, which took about 15-30 minutes. The supervisor was very professional and asked me some basic questions such as tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer and how did you resolve the situation? Ask me am I ok with working in a fast paced environment where things can sometimes change quickly, and can you quickly adjust and adapted? Today Thursday (4/15/21) I received a call from the really nice recruiter lady that I had my 1st telephone interview where she first as a follow up wanted to see how my interview that I had yesterday with the supervisor via video had went? I informed her that I felt like it had went well and that I answered all of the questions to the best of my knowledge. Then she verbalized a congratulations with a offer for this position which I proudly accepted with a yes. She explained that she will be emailing me some documents a complete and sign electronically such as a consent for background check as well as a few other documents sometime today. Once everything is completed I will have a start date on June 1, 2021, which 11 weeks of training. I thanked this very nice lady recruiter for everything so far and that I look forward to meeting her in person at this call center.
