I applied online and received a call back the very next day, I had a brief phone interview with HR and went over my experience. She as well went over the job and duties. She then sent me to do a two part assessment. The first part was a series of questions and then the second part was to see you typing skills and sales abilities with this program that mimics a call center. Almost like role play. That day she contacted me to do an interview for the following work day. When I arrived I dressed business professional. We went into a small room and went over basic interview questions and also about having an open work schedule because their latest shift ends at 1am. She then sent in the manager of the sales floor. She was a hard cookie. We even did a role play. She then tried to say I didn't have enough experience which I am sure was some type of tactic to explain why I was a good fit for the job because I had previous experience selling Charter as well as many other things so I was confused on her opinion. After the intense questioning about sales and your approach she said she will see me in a few weeks with a smile. She is good at interviewing and picking out the weak ones that really don't know much about selling. The HR lady soon came back and immediately did a drug test which was a swab. This was my first time being drug tested on the spot so i was super nervous! However, swab test detect drugs and alcohol within the system up to about 48 hours. So I passed thankfully because I did party over the weekend. She then had me fill out minor paper work and gave me a tour of the establishment. It is very nice in there btw. I then had to wait about a week for my drug test and background check to come through. The background check is intense!!! DO NOT LIE ON YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK! After everything was cleared she gave me a call letting me know everything came back great and went over my start date and answered my questions. So in total it was about a 2 week process. However I start a month later which isn't too bad because I can give my job a notice of my leaving. Which most of the time people don't have the opportunity to do so.
