I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Spectrum (Billings, MT) in Feb 2016
Interview
An over the phone screening and then an in-person interview with team manager and then their supervisor. The phone screening was very easy and didn't require much at all. Both the team manager and supervisor were surprised I wore a tie to the interview, that should have been my first clue. Seems the majority of people take this job solely for the free cable service. This leaves the managers disillussioned and untrusting that anyone would use this job to further their career, therefore it was a shock to them that I had said that's what i was looking to do.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a time when you had an angry customer, what did you do to change their perspective?
Very easy process due to high turnover rate. ( the job itself is not very hard it’s just mentally tiring) So the interview process is easy. One over the phone/zoom and final interview in person.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum (Harlingen, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
You will be interviewed by any lead available during the time you scheduled. They will ask the basic interview questions. The best way to get a job is by “selling yourself” to the interviewer. They want to make sure you can work under pressure and sale.
