The interview process was very simple since it was an internal post. Networking was key to landing the interview and once I was interviewed a lot was revealed about the job along with the team as well as the manager. It was very Pleasant.

Met with hiring director with no phone screen. They had an immediate need for someone with a specific skill set. Overall I felt comfortable in the interview and I felt I had a good rapport with the director doing the interview. I wasn't the right fit for the job but it was a good experience.
