The interview process was fairly simple. Go online, fill out the application, and submit it. Moments after submitting the application, you'll receive an email telling you to complete an assessment. The assessment is simple enough, but be sure to read the directions and sample questions thoroughly. I highly encourage anyone who attempt the assessment to have a writing utensil and paper handy, due to a listening/account activity portion. There's multiple parts of the assessment. 1.) reading charts and answering questions, the listening/account activity portion, and personality. It only seems like I went on forever about the assessment...I REPEAT....IT ONLY SEEMS THAT WAY. A couple days later, HR will contact you and perform an over the phone interview while also explaining the job, schedule, and salary. Afterwards, they'll set up in person interview. During the in-person interview you'll meet an HR representative first, then a supervisor, then you get a tour of the facility. There was suppose to be a scenario type situation. I can't tell you, because the supervisor said I did do well and was thorough with my answers, that it became unnecessary. You'll then hear something within a week.
