Interview
I filled out an application and was contacted about a week later for a phone interview. I did well and was offered a face to face interview the next week. Completed the 3 part interview which consisted of first, a simulation phone call, second a behavioral questionnaire with two supervisors and last an interview with a manager explaining the position, salary and some of the benefits. I received a call the next day with a job offer which I accepted.

How did you handle and angry or irate customer questioning their bill and services and what steps did you take to deescalate and resolve the issue.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
