Applied online, did a test online, called in for an interview.... I did the screening and interview, and later get an email stating they were impressed with my qualifications, but found someone more suited for the customer service position. I’m very confused, I have over 9 years of call center experience and a Bachelors degree. Yet, they hire my friend who has a GED and hardly any call center experience. I thought I did great during the interview but I guess not. I guess they don’t hire based on quality and experience.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
