They lie to you regarding your job responsibilities. You You will eventually have to take an accessment. It's basically a test asking you if you can work harder than normal, under stressful conditions and do more than one thing at a time. Most questions are redundant, but if you fail you can't apply again for 3 months. Then you will have 2 additional interviews with supervisors. The first one is light, not stressful at all. The 2nd will have all the questions.
