HR reached out then arranged two interviews with the team leaders. Easy and within two months till hire date. HR called via phone and was the person to arrange the interviews.

Interview
One phone interview with a recruiter after you a contacted by the manager in the location you will be working to schedule and 1:1 interview. This took all about 1 week to complete but the background check process took nearly 3 weeks. (It was completely quickly but they make you wait 2 weeks)
