Apply online, you take an assessment test. If you pass, you get a text or call from a recruiter. You’re then phone screened. If you pass that, you have a video interview with the recruiter. Interview sucked to be honest. Recruiter kept over talking me and would not give me a chance to really talk. Was almost 10 minutes late also. When he called, he was almost 30 minutes late to call. The recruiter just sounded like a robot to be honest. Having to say things that are probably scripted. Definitely was more than qualified for the position. Recruiter also lied saying a decision would be made by the end of the day on a Monday and I checked my email and they already told me I wasn’t chosen on Saturday. Company seems like a joke and was given the impression from others I know that work there that they don’t care about you and if you don’t meet quota, they will write you up and will basically say you’re easily replaceable.

Took 2 weeks exactly. I interviewed via phone call with a member from HR, then scheduled a face to face on location. This was with the area supervisor who was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. About 3 days later they called to schedule another interview about an hour away. So I drove to the location and interviewed with the area supervisor, the district supervisor and a manager from a neighboring store. That interview was laid back but still very intense. Had to role play selling things about 4 times and a lot of resume follow up questions. That interview was Monday and I received a call today, Friday with an offer and to do my background and drug testing. Overall the hiring process was awesome, the wait sucked, but it was worth it.
