Interview
Very friendly, just wanted to get a feel for personality and ability to handle a call center's atmosphere. Talk about your personal interests and any past experience that might apply to what your job requires of you.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Spectrum (Bridgeton, MO) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online and was emailed an assessment to complete shortly after. I was contacted by a recruiter the next day for an over the phone interview. We went over my resume and she made sure that I could adhere to the training schedule if hired. I was scheduled for an in person interview for the next day. I met first with a manager who went over the job specifications and quizzed me over my resume and previous experience. I was then asked a series of situational questions followed by what I knew about different technical aspects. We also did a quick role play to see how I would assist a customer in need of basic tech support. I was asked to stick around to speak with a supervisor who went over the attendance policy and asked why I wanted to work for Charter. He informed me that a recruiter would come in to speak with me next. She came in and asked if I had any questions and informed that they would be in contact within the next few days. I was contacted two days later by the same recruiter who extended an offer of employment.
