In person with manager wear business professional attire suit tie etc the weed out potential candidates by the clothes they ware to interview make sure you dress appropriately dress shoes press shirt slacks suit jacket definitely a dress for the position you want in the interview
The interview process was long for me, really due to finding the correct area. The people were fabulous, from the area manager to the corporate manager, and even HR. If you have sales experience they will know.

The overall process is drawn out unnecessarily. You often feel ghosted through out the process. There is often no response when reaching out for updates. This can go on for months.
