Interview
Extremely easy to get this job. Just have to have a clean background check. The interview process was easy and they asked standard interview questions. I had previous sales experience but I know people with no experience who got the job.
They hire everyone basically. The interview is just a formality. You can do terrible and still get hired. They give you a tour and then you get a call saying you’ve been accepted.
It was fairly easy. Make sure you are wearing business casual attire for the interview, you will be walking the retention floor during the process. I need to fill in space for the rest of this portion. Ignore this.

Very smooth experience. Really enjoyed the environment. They were forward in what they wanted. When I went to the building. I noticed everyone working there seemed laid back. I enjoyed speaking with management. They also seemed to be laid back as well. I was given a tour. They seem to treat there employees well. I look forward to working with them soon.
