Spectrum Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Overall easy interview process. Met with three separate supervisors who follow the situational interview method. Also had to demonstrate a rudimentary understanding of their products, functions and a mock troubleshooting situation.

You’ll have to complete a long application. Then you’ll have a phone interview. Then you will meet with the team lead and another Senior supervisor. They will give you a call later if he got the position. You’ll have to be in a training class, so there will be multiple people interviewing.
