Spectrum Retail Operations interview questions

The young woman was pleasant enough, but very unprepared. She did not realize I was applying for the same position I once had, and seemed surprised when I made reference to it even though it was right on my resume. She also asked questions that had nothing to do with the position, including how I adjusted my business to the pandemic even after I had mentioned that I was forced to close it due to the pandemic. The non-sensical questions just completely threw me off my game causing the interview to jump off the rails. Surprisingly, I did not get the job, lol. I was thinking about contacting them about it, but no point in doing it. It just told me everything I needed to know about the corporate culture at the company.
