I completed a basic application online and was later contacted by a recruiter via email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was easy and a general explanation of what the position entails, salary expectations, and other requirements. I was asked question based on my resume as well. The phone interview basically felt like the preinterview just to see if I was a fit and was I still interested. After the phone interview I scheduled a face to face interview with a supervisor the next day. This interview was a little more intimidating as it was the supervisor and area manager or something of that sort. It started with the typical describe yourself (I hate that freaking question!) Pretty much after that they asked intensive questions regarding my past work experience on my resume. I could tell that they were really trying to see how my past experiences in sales/customer service qualifies me as a candidate. It went great and around 2 weeks later I received an offer. You'll receive an onboarding email with background check drug screening, that must be completed within 48hrs or the offer will be rescinded. The pay they offered me was 11.05/hr plus commission but I declined because of a better opportunity elsewhere. I was really looking forward to work here though. Great interview process !
