The interview process takes place at the centralized recruiting center. After completing the "question and answer" portion, you are explained the duties and expectations of your position. If you are offered the job, you will be asked to choose three stores in which you would like to work, and then your future depends on the availability those stores have. Your application remains on file for ninety days. While the recruiter is quick to call for an interview, going beyond that is much slower.
