There was two phone interviews. One is with the recruiter and then if you pass, you get to talk to the Executive Director of your region. If you get accepted, then you are hired. It was an easy interview, the Director made a lot of promises about how fast you will move up in Speedway.

The interview was with the District Manager and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and asked the typical questions. She was very clear with communicating when I should expect to hear from them.

Interview
It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
