I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Speedway (West Chester, OH) in May 2013
Interview
Applied online and within a few days got a call to schedule an interview with HR. Had to drive almost an hour to the regional office for my interview. I'm lucky I have GPS. Met with the HR and the majority of the time was spent with her telling me with the position consisted of, what the ideal candidate for the job would be and typical work days. I only was asked a few basic situational questions between her speaking. She asked me what my available was and said that she would call me when a position in my area came available. A few weeks later I got a call that there was a store nearby that needed me and when to come in to fill out paperwork. A week after that I had to drive back to the Regional Office and fill out my paperwork. Orientation and training was at the Speedway location.
