Quick and simple. Did not take very long. They could use people with a higher level of education for the interviews because the interviewers use small words. They expent people to know all of their past jobs.

Brief 15 minute interview with GM of the location. Overview of hours of operation, availability and compensation. Easy job to get if you are willing to work whatever hours they may need you for. Room for growth if you are interested
Traditional interview style at a local location with member of management. Be prepared to commit lots of time and energy to the location you select. Hours always available due to call offs from entry level workers. High turnover.

I applied for the position on line through Indeed. I was contacted by recruiter within 48 hours. In person interview scheduled. The district manager was kind. Prompt and NOT mechanical.
